You need to sunset old email addresses from your mailing lists etc. so as not to damage deliverability (and also to reduce costs).

I failed to do this for many years on Oxbridge Notes and it got to the point where not even password reset would deliver. In retrospect, I should have subscribed to -- and acted upon -- the various notifications (e.g. bounce etc.) emali services give.
